Content
Aloha guys, how's it going today.
I want to show you this beautiful property in mililani's, five bedroom, four bath over 2, 000 square feet of living space, Huge lot.
So without further Ado, actually, let's, give them a just a pan of the street.
You know, so it's about two o'clock in the afternoon.
So as you can see, you got lots of street parking available on both sides of the street, very quiet, very peaceful, uh neighborhood.
So with that I'll, ask you to follow me, uh as far as sex I want to just point out this area.
So obviously all the way to the fence.
But you guys know this is Hawaii.
So you don't get as much yard space, um in some of the properties, even single families as you know, uh, but just have all this area here.
And then all the way to the fence.
So one of the things I love about this is that multi-purpose right? So obviously you can leave it as a yard.
But if you wanted to put a guard in here, or in a lot of cases, if you have a huge family or a gathering, you want to have multiple cars parked and let's say for some reason, the streets flats, or you just got that many guests, you just bring them in here, but also I don't know, if I can get in from this side, actually, I, can't, yeah, you're supposed to stay on that side.
Boom, look at that.
So you got more room to just pack it in.
So you can just tell everybody, hey, bring it into the back.
And now you can park probably about 10, 15 cars very easily.
So one of the things that I really love about this property.
So yeah, we'll show you the rest of the backyard.
Thank you.
So like I, see you have on this side.
We have one entrance, um, the add-on porch area.
So we'll actually show you that inside, but very nicely done.
I mean, as you can see very usable land, um open clear space.
Nobody actually located behind you.
So back here, you just have a Gorge that goes back there.
But super quiet as you can see, it's, two o'clock in the afternoon.
And all you hear is just the birds chirping that's it.
And if you can sew here, you can see the bits on this side, the way they've got the plants.
You can hardly see your neighbors, and you certainly can't see what's going on in the neighbor's yard.
And if you compare it here to your left as well again, one of the things I love is the Privacy with the way they have this fence built again.
You can see your neighbor's house, but can't see in the windows.
They can't see you you can't see inside their yard.
So even if they were in the yard, you both have your privacy.
So that's.
Another thing that's really unique about this location because a lot of houses as you know, even if you do have a little bit of a yard, your neighbors can see everything that you know, that's going on in that yard, you don't really have that privacy.
Whereas this this unit you certainly do so we'll show you the other side as well, give you a just a glimpse, but actually we'll, just keep we'll just have to go all the way around.
So you can see the entire exterior of the property again, love this.
Because once again, you have just a built-in Garden area.
Also you have a garden box if you want it up, and you can tell that they had a some type of watering system with the PVC pipes within there.
So all they had to do was just pick up their water hose.
And again, love it more Garden space.
Again.
We have the bushes up just high enough above the fence to give you that privacy entrance into the garage.
And then another, uh, unique feature that I really love is they have this little hidden Nook right? So for our garbage beds, recycle all of that stuff it's it's from the street view.
So you just don't have that sore eye like you would, um in some places right? We have even more yard, which I love so that you know, if you just want to use the other side for parking and let's say, you just had kids or even a dog, you could really like just put a little mini fence here.
And you got a whole playpen for little kids, or if you had a puppy or something, um, or if you Swan to tent camp out in your yard, you've got space right? Or you want to be a nosy neighbor again.
You just got space to sit here set your chairs out like a lawn chair and just look out.
And today actually I don't know, if you can get that view, sometimes does it shows well on the camera as it does the naked out, but you got the mountain views out there today is a really uh nice day, even by Hawaii standards, nice cool breeze.
So I mean, you literally could just sit out here all day and just it's just Joy all right.
So let's go inside the driveway driveway just by itself has about three cars, I want to point out that even here in the front again.
This is so much usable land, that's, what I love, you have a whole nother little Garden area here that you know, it's kind of easy to miss, because you just walk right past it.
And then just want to point to your attention to detail here on the garage door.
I mean, you can see that wood, staining style there you can see the glass and I love the thing about this opaque.
So you cannot see in there, I think that's the right.
One, right? Okay, uh.
You can't see in there.
So I, love it.
Because if you want to park your Lamborghini, of course, Ferrari in there, maybe Bentley Rolls Royce.
You can hide it in there and your neighbors, won't know it until you are either heading out or coming back in right all right.
So without further Ado Welcome to My, Career, MTV, Style, just kidding.
Don't worry.
Guys, Furniture's, coming soon you're.
The first to see it.
But anyways, this is the most purpose area got some unique chandeliers hanging from this side.
Not sure if you can see it, uh, here as well.
It's also got some of the I want to say this is a traditional style.
One more old-fashioned style.
Chandeliers love.
We have the wood floor, paneling, uh, all the way throughout very consistent, uh, let's, see, let's actually go down here and we'll.
Come back.
We'll do a big circle.
So here is the add-on space here.
Um, as you can see it's, very huge multi-purpose area, uh, I, call it a porch.
Some people might say, it's, a lanai, but uh, it's, an enclosed porch area.
As you can see, you have the windows where you can look out.
Obviously, if you just want to open every single window, you'd have the breeze and whoever's out in the yard doing whatever really feels like it's, an indoor outdoor living, um, I'd say, it's about one level from just having the sliding glass doors where you just walk in and out right, uh, got extra sink here, extra repair space and plus it's, a deep sink, which a lot of people seem to prefer.
Um, these days doors on both sides, access the yard right? So once again, um got a lot of access here.
We actually have the kitchen area as well.
A lot of people love the bar, um open as well, especially since it's in the interior portion of the house, I really love that they added this window here.
So that you can still kind of look through the Back Porch or back of the night, Area Windows get that natural Lighting in right.
You can see here.
We have the recessed lighting throughout as well, very nice, looking, uh.
Cabinet selection, choices, right? A lot of countertops.
You can see those all the way around obviously stained steel appliances.
Now you can see you have the GE double doors.
Some people seem to really like these double doors.
Some people don't right? But again, it's still, very nice, uh refrigerator.
There as well and then what's really unique.
You have Spacey here.
Uh, you got this office, slash, uh, Library area, which is really cool, because you have these sliding doors so I call a little bit old school.
But you have the sliding doors to kind of, you know, isolate the area off and give you privacy.
But then you still have the option to open it up again, if you you know, are entertaining a lot of guests.
So this house is really designed, um, especially downstairs with a lot of space where you could really entertain really accommodate a lot of people.
And obviously we already showed you the parking where you have lots of parking as well and yard space, uh, this would be your downstairs half bath right and got the fancy Bowl on top of the counter, which is really neat attention to detail.
I can see the mirrors there as well looks really nice.
And also you got the plantation shutters throughout which are huge upgrades to Windows here as well.
We'll come through here.
You can see you got full size washer dryer actual mud room, which is nice and storage space, which is conveniently your entrance from the garage.
So if it's a rainy day muddy day, or you just went hiking on one of my mini Trails, or you just got back from the beach, and you want to not track that stuff into the house.
Well, it just makes perfect sense.
I actually believe it or not a lot of houses don't have this, but you come straight in from the garage.
You can actually make use of this sink that most people don't use in their houses, because they still don't know what to do with it, but you could actually rinse off here toss your stuff in the washer and dryer.
And then you can actually enter your house.
So that is really neat, uh, let's, see here we'll actually go out into the garage.
So you can see pretty large garage space, um I love that they actually have the windows too.
So you can still have an openness that you want.
But obviously you destructive lines if you know for privacy, but I really love that.
Now you can see we've got a little bit of storage back here as well.
And then also, uh once again, it just to the backyard from here.
And then just for all times sake case, you ever want to turn your place to the museum.
We still have old school.
Telephones.
Hello.
Hello.
Yes.
Absolutely the place is still for sale.
Absolutely what time you'll be here all right? Well, I'm gonna wrap up this video and then I'll, see you soon perfect? Okay, all right.
So we've got our future buyer from the home.
So you can beat them here.
And you can buy it first all right.
So let's head up head upstairs.
I, just want to point out here.
You actually have another storage space.
So as you know in the Hawaii storage is a premium.
So this is I, don't know, it's probably about five, maybe even six feet in uh length in there and two or three feet and width.
So you got quite a few space.
So you don't have to actually buy a separate storage unit for the house.
One of the things also where among the many things I love about this home is when you get here to this mid-level, the stairs actually split.
So you have a room up here, uh, bathroom.
And then you also have, uh, the four other rooms.
There was a debate as to which is the master bedroom or primary bedroom.
Um, so I guess you as a new owner would be able to decide but we'll show you both of the primary Suites master bedroom, suites.
And you can decide which one you prefer better.
So, uh, one of the other things I love here is that downstairs.
You can see you have the flooring.
But as soon as you get the top of the stairs, you can actually, uh switch us over to carpet, which is great on your feet.
Right? So really love that, uh, have your guest bathroom or I.
Guess, you could say whoever the residents of the house are staying in the primaries to move down there bathrooms there.
And then we have our first I used to say master bedroom, right? So maybe you would argue that you have two again.
So you guys can see you have a closet.
There multi-purpose area I'm going to say because, uh, I did not test it.
But I'm a little over 200 pounds and I didn't feel that I was strong enough to hold me.
So I would not say it's a sitting area.
Um, also, you have another second closet over here.
Two, uh, sinks with the vanity love, how clear the mirrors? Look again, you have a little bit of the older style, lighting here right so hitting on what age you are that night.
Look new might look old to you just depends.
But then also you have a shower here water.
Closet.
I.
Guess, you would call it basically your toilet there.
So very nice, um from there we'll go see the other bedrooms and then I'll take you across to the other master.
So there here we have a second large bedroom, again, I mean, this is very spacious by Hawaii standards.
Typically a lot of your bedrooms, uh or it's going to be about the size of other ones I'm going to show you.
But as you can see here, you have enough space that you can literally have like a master I'm, sorry that Master a king-sized bed.
Here actually it's large enough that you can fit two king-sized beds in here and still have space to walk around, or in between the beds and have a dresser off to the side.
So, and then you have a closet space along with your window AC.
So I mean, that is huge and then from here, um, you got a view of the backyard as well.
So it's once again, very quiet.
All you hear is the birds chirping from uh, sometimes the camera doesn't really do it justice.
But you just get a view of the tree lines and that's it.
And so he just got this almost like this whole nother sweet or wing of the house to yourself, uh for your bedroom.
So now let's go to bedroom.
Number three once again, as you can see bedroom, number three is more of the typical size room that you get in Hawaii right? We could fit two of these.
Maybe even three of these inside the bedroom.
We just left right.
So this is typically the standard size.
But the awesome thing is, this is a third room, um that I've shown you right.
So the first two were very large as you can see once again, still have closet space.
Right? You got an awesome view of out front.
So even though it's a smaller room, it doesn't feel as small because you have the views of outside.
And you can see the driveway.
So if you open the windows up, it really opens up the room right, uh, then we'll show you bedroom.
Number four, again, this one I'm, not sure if you would use it in a bedroom or more of like the entertainment room or multi-purpose room upstairs, we will keep the battery changed on that, um, get that changed.
But you'll see that here we have access to the Lanai or balcony as some people will call it.
But once again, let's see here, I'm open this up.
So once again, here you can see it's, just you just beautiful views, and you can see how the clouds are sitting down on top of the mountains and what's amazing about views in Hawaii like this is it changes from day to day? So, uh, every day, the mountains, don't, look like this.
Some days you'll be able to see the clouds on top of mountains.
Other days it'll be clear.
You can see the mountain tops, and then depending on how frequently it rains.
You'll, see it change from Green.
So maybe a little more Brown as well, right, um.
And then also for your holidays, uh, depending on your viewpoints, you also get fireworks.
So very nice.
And then, of course, you can still see your yard look down on all your friends, cut families, cars, that's parked here, see what's happening in the neighborhood and uh, you can play neighborhood watch here because you can see halfway actually all the way down to the next stop sign.
Uh, maybe the camera might not be able to catch it.
But with the naked eye, see all the way down to the next stop sign.
Two three streets over.
So you really have pretty sweeping views up here, um it's, very nice.
And again, you can still get those birds.
Chirping bite me talking so it's, really nice, all right.
So let's go to the other side.
We'll, go back just so not to confuse you, um, but we'll come through.
So, as you remember, this was bedroom.
Number four, number three was the small one.
This one might be a multi-purpose.
Then here we had our two large.
This was probably one of the Masters it's.
Another guest room with massive guest room, a bathroom in here.
And then the house is beautiful sand and weird, too, right? You don't really see big, beautiful, chandeliers on houses anymore, whatsoever.
So it's got like a more of like a mid-century modern side style.
So here again, this is the second, uh, arguably second master bedroom.
Um, the bank was because the bathroom is not inside the room.
So as you can see, you have this huge room, but then you actually got to come out of the door and then into uh, the bathroom here.
So here you just have a walk-in shower, another toilet.
But you have two sinks as well.
And then obviously it's on the other side of the stairs right? So if you remember when you look down, you see our stairs that split the four bedrooms over there.
This is only bedroom over here.
So you could argue that this would be another Master, uh, bedroom or Suite, or maybe you could say, it's a wing right, whichever direction we're facing.
You can say this the north wing of the house.
But also, um, you come here as well.
You can see this one's got a huge closet, here's closet as well.
Right so look at this closet, it's, huge, massive.
And you have the closet storage system in here, uh with drawers.
So ladies, if you love to put your shoes heels, handbags colors, you want to put your dress shoes, or you got your watch collection.
These things are ready to go right? And then once again, from this room, you have access to the balcony as well with amazing views, looking at the mountain.
So, uh, very beautiful.
So actually, we'll go back outside we'll end it there we'll wrap it up there.
Oh, this is catching on something and I don't want to break anything.
So we'll do that we'll go out the other way then in that way, yeah, we'll edit that out by the way I'll just get it.
So again, we'll lovely, very spacious house, nice, living quarters upstairs, a lot of area to entertain downstairs, um, you can really do what you want with this house, uh, you're, not forced I.
Guess, you could say, you're, not forced to live one specific way.
Meaning, you got a couple of bedrooms.
You barely have space for a dining room and that's it.
Right? You've actually got multiple places for a dining room.
You got multiple places, uh to entertain throughout the house.
You got three huge, uh, massive rooms.
So you can decide which one you want to be your master bedroom.
You also have what one two three, uh, did I.
Count it right? One, two, three bathrooms, right that count that right? We have one now four, right? Four, four, bathrooms, yeah, sorry, I'm, it's.
So big, I'm, getting how many bathrooms, but it's got three four bathrooms another half bath downstairs.
And then again, like say, you got tons of yard space, which is, again, that's, a very big premium Hawaii because there's a lot of houses that are.
Fifteen hundred two thousand square feet and a lot.
It might be three thousand square feet, right? And then we have what's called zero lot lines where you only have access to three sides of your house.
Because the fourth side is your neighbor's yard.
So to have this huge yard in the backyard sides, yards on both sides and the front yard and a driveway and a garage that's, a real premium in Hawaii and something that even the newer developments they're, not doing that anymore, they're building them, small tight close together, right? So if you open your window, you can see inside your neighbor's window.
But again, as you can see your neighbor here is way over there they're, not on top of you.
You can't, hear them.
They can't hear you and then I showed you already with the fence about the Privacy that you really have, um and the space that you have to entertain to really enjoy it with your family and friends.
So with that guys, um, this is Isaac with Keller.
Williams I will put my information in the description.
So if you want questions on this specific property or, um, you know price or you just want to come take a look, or if you'd like to see something similar to this, let me know by the way also this is something that I intend on doing moving forward.
So I, really appreciate your feedback.
Good or bad, keep it, you know, keep mine I'm, an artist right assistant about my stuff.
Boy, um, let me know what what you think and uh, whether this is of value to you if you'd like to see more of these, uh plan to do really nice properties like this.
But also intend to do some less desirable properties for investors as well that there's an opportunity to make flip them or renovate them and turn them into a jewel or a diamond.
So, um, yeah, just let me know what what you guys want to see and I'll bring more of that to you.
So please like my video, subscribe share it with someone if you know they are in the market and looking for a home, or this would be the home for them and uh, yeah.
Let me know what I can do for you I'm in real estate, 24 7, anywhere on Oahu.
