We shouldn't veer away from 'services' because it has some connotation for lower margin than software.Often times the 'do things that don't scale services' lead into the magical software that creates incredible value and commands high premium.

A post within a post, but honestly couldn't have written it better myself.Automation doesn't mean the end of personal customer service, instead enabling even better experience!

I believe AI and automation is a sliding scale. Users should be given control on where on that scale they want in the circ*mstances they want to achieve the results they want. AI is just another tool -- we need to build it in a way to empower operators, not ignore them!#logistics #freight #AI
