About Hawaii Pacific University

Hawai'i Pacific University (HPU) is the largest private postsecondary institution in the state of Hawai'i. HPU offers 12 leading master's degree programs in the areas of business administration, information system, marine science, nursing, communication, diplomacy and military studies, human resource managment, global leadership and sustainable development, organizational change, teaching English as a second language, education in secondary education, and social work. In order to help students expand their knowledge in current and future professional careers, HPU also offers 17 graduate certificate programs. HPU has global citizenship from all 50 states and over 100 countries, providing ample opportunity for students to learn in culturally diverse classrooms. Classes are small with an average class size of 20 and a student faculty ratio of 18:1.
