All our parcels are sent discreetly packaged. You can be assured that we carefully protect your privacy when you receive our products.

There is no mention of wigs on the outside of our parcels.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

• The delivery charge is FREE for orders over £100.
• For orders under £100 there is a flat rate of £4.95 for as many items you wish to place in your order.
• All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
• You will be emailedwithin two working days of your order with an expected dispatch date.
• If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
• Although we cannot guarantee timed deliveries we will do our best if this is important to you, for which there may be a small extra charge to cover this service.

UK Orders:please ensure the delivery address is correct as any undelivered, returned orders will incur an extra postage cost for re-delivery.

• Malta & Cyprus:£65.00 for all orders (no insurance). Contact Us for 'with insurance' quote.
• Sweden:£59.95 for all orders (no insurance). Contact Us for 'with insurance' quote.
• Australia, Canada, New Zealand & USA:Royal Mail (10 - 60 Business Days) £29.95
• The product price excludes Tax, Customs and Local Border Handling Charges (you will be responsible for paying these yourself within your own country).
• UK VAT tax is no longer charged for orders outside the UK
• Orders are sent International tracked, maximum weight 2kg. Timings for delivery will vary.
• You will be emailed within two working days of your order with the expected dispatch date.

• We are not licensed to export liquids e.g. shampoo outside the UK.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as any undelivered orders will be returned to the UK at your cost (which will be substantial as it will include tax, customs duty and courier handling charges).

As valued customers we recognise that sometimes, it's just not quite right. Therefore if you are not satisfied in anyway you may return your products using a trackable service. However, for non UK customers any import fees incurred by Valentine Wigs will be deducted from your original payment. We therefore urge all our EU customers to be completely confident with their style and colour before making a purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns for Ellen Wille and Gisela Mayer - each product will incur a restocking fee due to thecustoms charges backto the EU.This charge is£15(inc VAT) for wigs less than £200 (inc VAT) and £30 (inc VAT) for wigs purchased for more than £200 (inc VAT).

1. Returns for Jon Renau, Gabor, Raquel Welch American, Belle Tress &Estetica are not accepted.
2. All wigs are checked prior to being packaged and dispatched by both the manufacturer and Valentine Wigs
3. Returns must be in the original packaging with tags. The tags must not be removed when you are trying a wig on. If tags are cut, removed or retied on, then a refund will not be issued.
4. Packaging must be in original condition and not taped in any way.
5. The wig or hairpiece must be neatly placed back in the box – exactly as you received it.
   The wig or hairpiece must not smell of tobacco, food, perfume or any other strong smell.
6. The wig must arrive back at Valentine Wigs within 14 days of being delivered to you or the first attempt at delivery, whichever is the earlier. No returns will be accepted after 14 days and there will be no refund after this time.
7. Loyalty points will not be restored for returned orders.
8. Once your refund request has been accepted, refunds will be processedimmediately. The timeframe of the funds reaching your bank account vary depending on your provider.

For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that you wear a wig cap when you are trying a wig on. Wig caps can be purchased on our website or you can use one of your own.

NO RETURNS FOR JON RENAU, GABOR, RAQUEL WELCH AMERICAN, BELLE TRESS, ESTETICA, SPECIAL ORDERS, CLEARANCE PRODUCTS, EYEBROWS, EYELASHES OR ACCESSORIES.
